That bike was to be the motorbike for my “Around The World” project. I put so many time on it, to put stuff, and protections. I’ve learn how to fix that guy. I put near 40 000 km on the odometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was in love with him, but there was one thing… So heavy to pick it up from the ground. It was only 530 pounds. But when it’s time to lift it… Holy shit, the first 12 inch are so hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I was driving gravel road on the MABDR, I fall in the mud. I was alone, my leg under the soft pannier. Impossible for me alone to lift the bike off my leg. I pull so hard, than I broke a bone (fractured fibula). Still alone to lift the guy, with only one and a half leg… I think you’ve got the picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
